Yes, I Can Fix That LLC ("we," "us") is a family-owned home repair business serving Ogden Valley and Weber County, Utah. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and the address where the work or lesson will happen
- Details about your project, and any photos you send us
- Which ways you've said we may contact you: calls, texts, email or recorded voicemail
- Quotes, signed approvals, job records, photos of the work, and payment records
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, or plan your lesson or class
- To send appointment reminders and confirmations, only in the ways you've said are OK
- To keep records of your jobs, receipts and payments
- To post your graduate photo or before-and-after photos, only with your permission
Text messages
Our texts come from (385) 525-5600. That number is only for text messages from our office. To call us, use (801) 917-4442.
If you check the box to receive texts, we may text you about appointments, quotes and bills, and send an occasional check-in from Yes, I Can Fix That. Message frequency varies and is usually no more than a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Website visit counts
We count visits to this website with GoatCounter, which does not use cookies and does not collect your name, email or other personal information. It only tells us things like which pages were visited and roughly how many people came by.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Our secure database and email providers, which store our records and send our emails
- Our payment processor, which handles card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Our texting service, if you agreed to texts
- Our review service, which may ask you for a review after a job is done
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Change how we contact you anytime in your customer account, or by calling us
- Ask us to correct your information, or to delete it when we no longer need it for records the law requires us to keep
- Ask us to take down any photo of you or your home
Keeping it safe
Your records are stored with a secure provider, and only our staff can sign in to see them. Customers can see only their own records.
Children
Our website isn't meant for children under 13. Young people in our group classes join with a parent's or guardian's signed permission, and we post photos of anyone under 18 only with that permission.
